chinese new yr eve/ 5:51 PM slept for 12hrs, half a day haha then went to play until time for reuion dinner this year was an exception where we went out for dinner everyone including our relatives went all the way to ang mo kio to eat haha we reached at 8pm left the place at 11.15pm was there for 3hours for dinner the place was packed super packed the place must have earned like alot alot alot then cause of the festival the service sucked also super super expensive one table bout $600 inclusive of everything n we got 5 tables imagine tt!!! the menu without charge was $528 the dishes were 1. reuion raw salmon fish *as usual* 2. buddha jump over the wall *it was supposed to be a big n nice dish but this was small* 3. chicken with garlic flavour *alright la* 4. braised sea cucumber with web goose *wat the* 5. steam grouper with soya sauce *not bad* 6. sauteed prawn with scallop in XO sauce *XO sauce like real* 7. steam glutionous rice with preserved meat *it was black* 8. yam paste with gingko nut *alright* total cost for every thing bout $3000 wat the!?!?!?! i'm never going back there to eat my reuion dinner i will tell my father tt i wanna collect ang baos!!! |
